Yıkanabilir olması, hızlı kuruması ve takıp çıkarmasının aletsiz yapılabilmesi onları günlük kullanımda pratik kılar. Kalın dokusu nedeniyle saati bilekten birkaç milimetre yukarı kaldırır; ince kasalı saatlerde bu, daha dolgun bir duruş sağlar.
